Im taking my time preparing my newly setup blog powered by Movable Type. Eh? MT? Yes. After being with Blogger, b2 Cafelog, WordPress, pMachine, and Textpattern, I am back to MT again now. I am doing a final touch now. Well, not a super blog... :)
Anyway, I asked some great guys at #MovableType, and I got some hints:
from Jay: You MUST have the dynamic bootstrap template published statically. all others are up to you
from jayseae: if you publish .htaccess through MT, you probably want to do that one statically as well :)

Added later from Vox interface: Wow! it works nicely without problem. Just send an email to my posting address. Great!
I am not sure when I subscribed for Vox invitation. But, today, an invitation arrived in my inbox. Thanks you Vox! Thank you 6A!
I still haven't got any ideas what to put here. Hmmm.. what about blog-related stuff? Cross post from my current blogs? We'll see...
First impression after opening (almost) all menus: This is GREAT! I was thinking about giving invitation to some friends (just in case I have one), but it says, "You have 0 Vox invites remaining." I think I just wait and see... :)
